Chicken
Chili Soup

Ingredients
1.5 lbs
Frozen chicken tenders
3 cups
water
2
teaspoons chicken bouillon
2
teaspoons vegetable bouillon
1
teaspoon onion powder
1
teaspoon garlic powder
1
teaspoon dried Oregano
1
Teaspoon Cumin
1/2
teaspoon chili powder
1 (4
oz) can chopped green chilies
1 (14
oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 (14
oz) can pinto beans drained and rinsed
Salt
and Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1.
Place all
ingredients except the beans into a slow cooker and stir to combine.
2.
Cover
and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
3.
After 4
hours shred the chicken then add the beans.
4.
Cover and
cook for additional 20-30 minutes.
5. Serve with preferred toppings.
